Payment Methods
We accept debit, all major credit cards, and e-transfer. Payment is due at the time of service unless your visit is fully covered by direct billing.
Direct Billing
We bill most major extended health insurance providers directly. In many cases, you'll pay little to nothing out of pocket — bring your insurance details to your first visit.
Receipts & Claims
Detailed receipts are provided for every visit, formatted for insurance claims and health spending accounts, including for services not covered by direct billing.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
